As a general policy, we do not sell or otherwise disclose personally identifiable information of any research participant or survey respondent to third parties.
Our marketing research studies collect data for research purposes only. The information our participants provide is used for research analysis. We analyze the answers in aggregate only and do not link them to individuals. Participants’ cooperation is absolutely voluntary; they may withdraw from a marketing research study at any time. No personal information will be sought without prior consent. We may ask for contact information in the event we need to verify or validate answers. We also may ask participants to provide a few demographical questions for analysis purposes.
Information participants provide in response to or in connection with a survey is and will be provided to our client(s) and/or other entities and/or the public as part of cumulative market research information or statistical data in the ordinary course but without identifying our participants individually directly or indirectly.
Other Use of Information
As described above, as a general rule, we will not disclose our participants’ personally identifiable information to third parties. Panalytics Research Group may send personally identifiable information about a participant to a third party only when:
• We have the participant’s consent to share the information;
• We need to share this information to provide to the participant with information he/she has requested;
• We respond to subpoenas, court orders or legal process; or
• We find or have reason to believe the participant’s actions on our Web site violate Web site terms or conditions or are in violation of law.
Panalytics does not knowingly solicit data from children and we do not knowingly market to children. Children are not eligible to participate in any research without their parents’ full consent.
All research participants are provided the opportunity to opt-out or remove themselves from any study for which they are contacted. Each online program provides an email address to contact for support or a means to remove the participant’s name from the contact list.
The information research participants submit to us will be stored on our servers. Our Internet hardware is maintained in a secure environment, designed to be accessed only by authorized personnel.
