Aldo Martin – EVP, Automotive
Aldo has over twenty years of market research and consulting experience, with most of his work in the automotive sector, spanning North, Central and South America. He is an insightful, creative individual and an experienced thought leader who thrives where brand, marketing, and consumer insights intersect. Aldo has a proven ability to frame complex issues, uncover root causes, and successfully leverage advanced research and analytical methodologies to help automakers shape strategy and achieve their goals.
Aldo obtained his MBA from Western Washington University, and got into automotive by joining JD Power in 1998. He later became the US head of market research at Mitsubishi Motors. Aldo has worked with the most successful global automakers, and is well respected and trusted in the industry for his ability to draw impactful insights, and present strategic recommendations to the highest levels of the organizations.
Vincent Lee – Vice President, Operations
Vincent Lee has over 15 years of experience in market research. He is a precision-driven, hands-on researcher providing our clients with timely and accurate data and information. He has worked extensively in the areas of sampling, survey programming, data processing, data analysis, quality control and, importantly, project planning and execution.
Vincent joined Panalytics Research Group following successful tenures with a number of leading research organizations, where he was responsible for a broad range of activities ranging from quality control, process development, and management of data processing departments.

Hannah Chang – Senior Research Manager
Hannah has worked in the market research industry for over a decade. She has extensive experience working with organizations in various industries worldwide.
Hannah has been involved in all aspects of the research process and has managed studies relating to product and service evaluation, competitive analysis, measuring customer satisfaction, package design, advertising and website evaluation, and many others. With a strong focus on customer service, Hannah is dedicated to understanding the needs of each client, developing plans to meet their research goals and delivering actionable results.
Hannah holds a Diploma in Marketing Management from the British Columbia Institute of Technology.
Jennifer Jang – Senior Data Analyst
Jennifer has worked in the market research industry for over 12 years. In this time, she has gained research experience in a broad spectrum of industries including hospitality, telecommunications, finance, and energy distribution, to name a few.
Having experience as both a data capture manager and a senior data analyst, Jennifer has worked in all aspects of market research including survey design, survey programming, data capture, data processing, data analysis, reporting, and project management.
